Our debit cards come ready to use, but you may need to use an ATM or make a purchase using chip and PIN for contactless to start working.

You can activate your new credit card through Online Banking or by calling us:

  • log on to Online Banking
  • click the ‘My Details & Settings’ tab
  • go to ‘Other Services’
  • select either debit card or credit card services and choose to activate your card
  • we’ll then send a One Time Passcode (OTP) to your registered mobile phone to complete the process.
